Dion was born and bred in Cardiff but now lives in Llandeilo with his wife Ifana and son Daniel.
Dion started acting as a child and was cast in ITV’s Snow Spider in 1988 when he was 13 years old.
Dion started his career as a professional actor following graduating from Trinity College St David in 1997 with a BA in Theatre, Media and Music and following this Dion completed a diploma in Acting in 2001.
Dion has worked with various theatre and television companies since 1997.

Some of Dion’s theatre credits include: Halt! Who Goes There!?; Kapow; Me a Giant, Aesop’s Fables; and Arandora Star ( all Theatr na nÓg); A Child’s Christmas in Wales; A Christmas Carol and Servant of Two Masters (Wales Theatr Company); Dion has also worked on numerous pantos with Dafydd Hywel (Cwmni Mega) and Martyn Geraint; Dion is a familiar face at the Torch Theatre, having played the role of ‘Dame’ in the Christmas Panto since 2010; One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest and One Man, Two Guv’nors (Torch Theatre).
Dion has experience of writing children’s tv shows and sketches. Dion also has a vast range of radio drama and voice over credits.
Dion is proud to be recognised as an associate actor at both the Torch Theatre and Theatr na nÓg.
Dion is an avid movie buff and loves all sports especially football and his favourite football team is Liverpool FC.... YNWA!
