Vivien Parry

Vivien is an Associate Artist of Clwyd Theatr Cymru.

Recent theatre work includes:  Lady Macbeth in Macbeth (Clwyd Theatr Cymru); Donna in Mamma Mia! (Prince of Wales); Caroline in The Swing of Things (Stephen Joseph); Eva in Memory (Clwyd Theatr Cymru, 59E59 Theater’s Brits Off Broadway and the Pleasance, London).

Other work at Clwyd includes:  Elizabeth Proctor in The Crucible, Emma in Betrayal, Kate in Bedroom Farce, Beverly in Abigails Party, Morfydd in The Alexander Cordell Trilogy, Sarah in The Norman Conquest, Hannah in Arcadia, A Christmas Carol and The Journey of Mark Kelly.

Other Regional and West End theatre includes: Anna in Boston Marriage (Bolton Octagon); Odetta in Sadly Solo Joe (Greenwich);  Stepmother in The Ash Girl (Birmingham); The Beggar’s Opera and It’s a Girl (Coventry Belgrade); Lysistrata (Duke of Cambridge) Bel Ami (Stratford East); Mrs Johnston in Blood Brothers  (Phoenix and Albery); Anna Regina in Which Witch (Picadilly); Miss Bell in Fame (Cambridge Theatre) and The Resistable Rise of Artuo Ui (Glasgow Citizens).

Television:  EastEnders, Lovejoy, A Separate Peace, Take Me Home, Bodyguards, Medics, The Bill, About Face, Aquilla, Llafur Cariad, Dirty Work, Outside the Rules, Nuts and Bolts, The Bench and The Comedy Show.

Vivien is a regular contributor to BBC Radio Drama.  She will be appearing in a new BBC Drama The Crash as Sister Alice this Autumn.
