Kate is Operations Manager at Hospital Innovations, a local Medical Device Company where she is responsible for Human Resources, Compliance and Regulation. Previously she worked as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
Kate lives in Cardiff with her husband and young daughter whom she cannot wait to take to the theatre as soon as she is old enough!
