Rachel grew up in Neath before moving to Bristol and then on to study Performing Arts at King Alfred’s College, University of Southampton. Following graduation Rachel moved to London and began a career in Theatre and Operations Management at venues including the Dominion Theatre, Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre and the Donmar Warehouse.
Rachel returned to Wales in 2019 to work for Welsh National Opera and Cardiff Theatrical Services. Rachel joined Theatr na nÓg as General Manager in May 2022.
Rachel lives in Cardiff with her husband, Guy and son, Teddy.
