Phyl has been an Associate Director with Theatr na nÓg for over 10 years, during which time he has worked on countless productions such as "Salsa", "A Child's Christmas in Wales" and "Cyrano".
As well as directing, Phyl is an actor and has appeared on stage all over the world, from Tredegar to Tel Aviv. He is also a musician, playing saxophone, flute and piano accordion.
